- 1.2 Wealthyhood is authorised and regulated by the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission (HCMC) as an investment firm (“AEPEY” or “Investment Services SA”) under activity licence number 3/1014.

3. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- 3.1 We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on our Website or the App, express an interest in obtaining information about us and/or our Services, when participating in activities on the App or our Website, or otherwise when you contact us.

- 3.2.1 Personal Information: Personal Information entails any information that relates to an identifiable person and includes details such as your full name, a unique identification number (social security numbers or other government identifiers), identification documents (e.g. passport or government-issued ID), date of birth, and age.
- 3.2.2 Contact Details: ThContact Details refer to your email address, physical address (and any documents verifying it, such as utility bills), and phone number.
- 3.2.3 Regulatory Compliance Data: We gather information required to meet our regulatory obligations, such as your bank account details (including any relevant bank statements), Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, tax residency and identification numbers, citizenship, employment status, source of wealth, and details found in identification documents (including the date of issuance, expiration date, photograph, and the country of issue).
- 3.2.4 Service Usage Data: We track how you interact with our Services, including statistics such as the frequency of your usage and which features you engage with.
- 3.2.5 Service Facilitation Data: Service Facilitation Data include information necessary for you to access and use our Services, such as your login credentials, payment information (e.g., bank account details for deposits and withdrawals), browser type and version, time zone settings, and the operating system of the device you use to access our Services.
- 3.3 If you use the App, we may also collect the following information, provided that you grant to us access or permission:
- 3.3.1 Mobile Device Features: We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's camera and reminders. If you wish to modify your choices relating to our access or permissions, you may do so through your device's settings.
- 3.3.2 Mobile Device Data: We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information, and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). If you are using using the App, we may also collect information about the phone network associated with your mobile device, your mobile device’s operating system or platform, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, and information about the features of our application(s) you accessed.
- 3.3.3 Push Notifications: We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the Wealthyhood App. If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may disable them from your device's settings.
- This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operability of the App, for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
- 3.4 All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
- 3.5 We automatically collect certain information when you visit, navigate or use the Website. This information does not reveal your specific identity (such as your name or contact information), however it may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information on how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operability of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
- 3.6 Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies. The information we collect through such technologies includes:
- 3.6.1 Log and Usage Data: Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services and which we record in log files. This information includes mailing addresses, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, intent data (or user behaviour data), IP addresses, social media profiles, social media URLs, and custom profiles for purposes of targeted advertising and event promotion.
4. WHY WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION

- 6.6.1 Facilitate participation in financial markets (e.g., trade execution, settlement partners, payment services).
- 6.6.2 Deliver relevant data (e.g., market data, information concerning financial instruments).
- 6.6.3 Support and maintain our IT infrastructure (e.g., servers).
- 6.6.4 Execute marketing and promotional activities.
- 6.6.5 Analyse and understand customer behaviour to improve our services and marketing efforts.

- In these cases, service providers function as data processors, acting under our instructions and adhering to our data protection standards.

Before sharing this data, we aggregate and anonymise it so that individual customers, including you, cannot be identified.

- 8.2 Our AI Products may include features such as AI bots, AI insights, AI predictive analytics and AI search.
- 8.3 All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and our agreements with third parties. This ensures the high security of your personal information.
9. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
- 9.1 We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).
- 9.2 As a regulated financial institution, we are legally obligated to retain certain personal and financial data even after your account has been closed. Once the data is no longer required under applicable laws or the jurisdictions we operate in, we will securely delete it. Typically, our data retention period is 5 years following the conclusion of our business relationship with you. This period is mandated by law to ensure compliance with our legal obligations.

- 12.1.4 Right to Erasure and Restriction of Processing: You can request that we delete, stop processing, or limit the use of your personal data. However, if we are legally required to retain the information for a certain period, we may not be able to fulfil your request until that retention period has passed.
- 12.1.5 Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive your personal data, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You may also request that we transfer this data to another data controller, provided the data was collected with your consent, under our Agreement, or through automated means.
- 12.1.6 Right to Withdraw Consent: Your consent is given voluntarily, and you may withdraw it at any time. However, withdrawing consent may mean that we are no longer able to provide certain Services to you. You also have the right to withdraw consent from receiving marketing communications. We offer an option to unsubscribe from such communications in each email via an unsubscribe link, though you will continue to receive important information related to the Services and our Agreement.
- 12.2 Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing lists. However, we may still communicate with you — for example, to send you service-related messages necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.
- 12.3 Account Information: If you would like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:
- 12.3.1 Log in to your account and update your user account.
- 12.3.2 Contact us using the contact information provided.
- 12.4 Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms, and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
13. CONTROLS FOR DNT FEATURES
- 13.1 Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (‘DNT’) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised.
- 13.2 As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

- 14.1 We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
