Opening your Wealthyhood account

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a country where Wealthyhood operates to open an account.

Wealthyhood’s services are available to clients in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK.

No, you can only have one account, and it must be for personal use only. Creating multiple accounts can result in them being suspended.

Registering and getting your Wealthyhood account verified usually takes only a few minutes. If your initial verification fails, we’ll get back to you to ask for some additional information, but still, the whole process is usually completed in a few hours. If your verification is taking longer than expected, don’t hesitate to contact us for help at hello@wealthyhood.com or using the in-app chat.

We use passwordless login. A verification code will be sent to the email address you registered with each time you log in. Please make sure to keep access to this email secure. You can also use quick log-in options like signing in with your Apple or Google account where available.

Wealthyhood is available on our Android and iOS mobile apps as well as on our web application at https://app.wealthyhood.com.

Yes, depending on your device, you may log in using Apple or Google. However, if you use these methods without sharing your email with us, you are responsible for maintaining access to your chosen login method.

Wealthyhood is a regulated financial institution and as such, we need to verify your details before opening your account. These measures are in place to protect both you and the wider Wealthyhood community, ensuring a safe and compliant investment platform.

During registration, we will ask you for some personal information and perform some necessary checks to verify your identity, confirm that you are who you say you are, and ensure that our platform isn’t being used for illegal activities, such as fraud or money laundering.

As part of this process, we may request documents like your ID, proof of address, and other relevant details. In addition, we may screen your information against international databases, including lists of Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and individuals subject to international sanctions.

We conduct these checks using trusted third-party providers, who help us cross-reference your information with publicly available records.

Yes, you can close your Wealthyhood account at any time and for any reason. To close your account, simply go to the Wealthyhood app and navigate to Profile > Account details > Close your account. Alternatively, you can email us at hello@wealthyhood.com to request your account to be closed.

Once your account is closed, if you have active investments, we will sell your investments and transfer the proceeds along with any cash held in your Wealthyhood account to your bank account. This process may take up to 5 business days.

Please note that closing your account is irreversible. If you want to take a break from investing, you can still maintain your account for free and pick up where you left off whenever you're ready!
