You can pay your monthly or annual subscription to our premium plans by setting up a recurring card payment. Plan fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle, whether monthly or annual and only after the completion of any free trial.

You can always review your selected plan, billing cycle, and payment dates by visiting the “Plans” or ”Billing” sections in the Wealthyhood app.

If your payment method fails, your account will be downgraded to the Basic plan and you may lose access to the premium features.

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time through the app.

If you upgrade your plan, the new billing cycle will begin immediately, and the new plan fee will be charged. Any previously paid fees for the unused portion of the existing cycle will be credited toward the new plan fee.

If you downgrade your plan, the changes will take effect immediately and any previously paid fees for the unused portion of the existing cycle will be credited towards future charges.

Yes, your plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you update your preferences in the app to stop the renewal. You can do so from the “Plans” or ”Billing” sections in the Wealthyhood app.

An FX fee, or foreign exchange fee, is charged when we need to convert funds from your account’s currency into the currency required to execute an order. The conversion is done using the spot exchange rate available at the time, and we apply an additional FX spread based on your Wealthyhood plan.

You’ll see the applicable exchange rate in the app before placing the order, and your transaction history will show the exact rate used after the conversion. You’re only charged the FX fee if your order is successfully executed.

Custody fees apply to our Basic plan. This is calculated as a percentage of the value of your investments. This fee is based on the average daily balance of your portfolio and is charged at the end of each month.

No, Wealthyhood does not charge any fees for depositing or withdrawing money. We also cover the corresponding costs charged by our payment providers ourselves. However, keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may charge for sending or receiving money.
